Green tea is ubiquitous in China. This tea is not usually consumed in a gongfucha session, but rather 'grandpa style'. This means that a handful of leaves is put into a glass or mug. The vessel is then filled with hot water and the tea is ready for drinking. When all the water has been drunk, more water is added. Simple and delicious.
