白毫银针 bai hao yin zhen – silver needle – These are the hairy little tea buds—no leaves included.
白牡丹 bai mu dan – white peony – Usually made from one bud and two leaves.
寿眉 shou mei – eyebrow of longevity – Made from larger leaves.
