To enjoy a good cup of tea…
So what is this mysterious Gongfucha? In the Chinese language, 功夫茶 (sometimes 工夫茶) gongfucha means to make tea with lots of practise and effort, or describes a very skillful way of preparing tea.
When first encountering gongfucha, you will note the small vessels, cute teapots and many utensils. But don’t be intimidated – gongfucha is just one of many methods used to brew tea: the goal is to enjoy a good cup of tea. Simple enough!
